Cash Back Rewards to Pet Rewards+ Frequently Asked Questions

What will happen to the points I earned from the Cash Back Rewards Program? 

Points earned on the Cash Back Rewards Program will be transferred to the Pet Rewards+ program. 

How many points do I need to earn before I get a reward?

When you earn 200 points, you will receive a $5 reward which can be applied to any purchase (excluding gift cards).

How is Pet Rewards+ different from the Cash Back Rewards Program? 

The Cash Back Rewards Program reward was a $10 off coupon towards a purchase of $50 or more (with some exclusions) when you earned 300 points and was mailed to the address on your account. The Pet Rewards+ reward is $5 off your next purchase (excluding gift cards) and will be saved on your account. 

How will I receive my $5 reward? 

Your $5 reward will be saved in your account in our system and can be redeemed on your next purchase. You will receive an email when you reward has been applied to your account. Present your email to cashier during your next visit to redeem your reward. 

Does my reward expire?

Yes, your reward must be redeemed within 30 days of earning the reward. 

How do I earn points? 

Earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on qualifying items. Qualifying items are defined as items that are sold at regular price and do not fall under the dog food, cat food, wild bird food and gift card categories. 

Will I earn points for purchases I make online? 

Yes, however the reward can only be redeemed in store at this time. 

Do points expire? 

Yes, customers must remain active in our system within the last 60 days. If an account has earned points, but no purchase has been made within the last 60 days the points will expire and be removed from the customers account.

Qualifying purchases have already been applied to your account. We took a close look at all your purchase history and applied qualifying purchases to Pet Rewards+. 

Do I still have to save my receipts?  

No, Pet Rewards+ will track your purchases for you. 

How is the Pet Rewards+ different from the Frequent Buyer Program? 

Pet Rewards+ will keep track of your purchases, you no longer have to save receipts. 

Do purchases I make online apply to Pet Rewards+? 

Yes, however redeeming your free product can only be done in store at this time. 

Do purchases toward a frequent buyer program expire?

Yes, customers must remain active in our system within the last 60 days. If an account has purchases toward a frequent buyer program, but no purchase has been made within the last 60 days the qualifying purchases will expire and be removed from the customers account. Purchases toward a program can also expire based on the defined time frame of the program as defined by the manufacturer.
